City Watch canceled for 11 year-old boy


UPDATE Friday at 5:49 a.m.: 

The City Watch for Kendrick Braxton has been canceled, according to the Memphis Police Department. 


Memphis police are looking for a missing child who they say is endangered. 

Kendrick Braxton, 11, was last seen in the Kerwin/Walsingham area. 

Police said Braxton got off the bus, and visited a friend without permission. 

They said he was then told to get back on the bus by another child's parent. 

He then ran towards New Allen. 

Braxton, according to police, has a mental disorder and does not have his medication. 

Police describe him as 4 feet tall, 75 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, and a medium complex. 

He was wearing a light blue jacket, black pants, and white/ black shoes.
