Fall Fruit Pie
2 Pillsbury Pet-Ritz Deep Dish Frozen Pie Shells
1 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
1 package (approx. 1 cup) blackberries
1 package blueberries
1 package raspberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter, chilled and cut into small cubes

Fill one Pillsbury Pet-Ritz frozen pie shell with all the fresh fruit. Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and vanilla together. Sprinkle over fruit. Dot fruit with small cubes of butter. Cover the pie with the second thawed Pillsbury Pet-Ritz pie shell and seal edges. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is browned evenly.
