University School celebrated 25 new inductees and 10 current Cum Laude Society
members during a reception held February 21.
Modeled on Phi Beta Kappa at the collegiate level, the Cum Laude Society is the highest academic honor students in a secondary school can achieve. The Memphis University School chapter was chartered in 1967 and currently includes approximately 8 percent of the school's upperclassmen.
