One of two brothers arrested this week in connection with the murder of Holly Bobo made his first court appearance today.
Jeffrey Pearcy accused of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact in the case.
His brother Mark faces the same charges.
Investigators say they believe the two have possession or knowledge about a video that would benefit prosecutors in the Holly Bobo case.
Pearcy entered a not guilty plea. Bond was set at $25,000 and the preliminary hearing is set for July 1, 2014 at 1:00 P.M.
Two other men, Zachary Adams and Jason Autry, have pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and murder charges.
