The first rumblings of thunder can be heard this early evening, but the heaviest showers and thunderstorms remain well off to the west. The strong line of storms are ahead of a strong cold front and have a history of strong winds up to 60mph, reports of hail, and a lot of rain in a short amount of time. The latest models show the line reaching us around midnight-2am. Make sure to have your weather radio handy or download our radar app. (FOX13RADAR).
Behind the front, temperatures will drop by 20 degrees. There's even a possibility of a frost or freeze early Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
