The town hall will be held at the West Memphis High School Performing Arts Center. It starts at 6:30.
Crittenden Regional faces 30 million dollars in debt.
The combination of an increase in uninsured patients, cutbacks in Medicaid, and doctors relocating has left the hospital in a financial hole.
A one percent sales tax hike has been proposed to save the hospital.
Voters will decide on the measure June 24th.
