The Grizzlies dominated in the paint and led wire-to-wire, beating the Minnesota Timberwolves 109-92 for their tenth straight win at home.
The Grizz started slowly but seized a 12-4 lead, eventually pulling away to a 21 point lead in the first half. The strength in the paint was the difference, outrebounding the Wolves 54-42 and getting a combined 43 points and 22 rebounds from their starting frontcourt.
The Wolves went on a brief run, cutting the lead to 10 to begin the second half, but Mike Conley (23 points, 6 assists) scored two quick baskets and assisted two others to bump the lead back to 17 points.
Memphis begins a five-game road trip starting Wednesday, March 26 at Utah.
