Police said shooters in a dark maroon SUV pulled up to the home on Oak Avenue. That is when Williams said her daughter and brother were shot.
"The loud gunshots... and I'm just like, why? So, when I saw my baby laying there, all I could do is just drop everything and begin to pray for her. That's all I knew to do for her and brother... just pray."
Williams said she forgives the men who took her daughter's live and injured her brother, but hopes that justice is served.
