The City of Memphis has announced the opening of its new ice rink.
The new Fourth Bluff Ice Rinks is set to open Saturday, Dec. 10 at the Mississippi River Park.

In a release, Mayor Jim Strickland expressed his excitement.
“I’m excited by what the Reimagining the Civic Commons initiative will mean for the future of our riverfront,” Mayor Jim Strickland said. “I encourage everyone to enjoy the ice rink this winter so they can experience this great public space.
The rink will be open Sundays from noon – 6 p.m.; Tuesdays – Thursdays, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.; Fridays,
2 p.m. – 10 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. It will be closed on Mondays. Admission is $10 and includes skate rental.
