“Our logo is now painted is now painted on the roof of the building,” Servicemaster Vice President of Supply Management, Terry Ingram said.
The more than 3,000 square foot building which used to house retail stores is in the late stages of becoming an open space work facility.
Ingram said this will be the companies first time having all of its departments and brands in the same building.
“Our signage is starting to go up, so within the next few weeks we will have all of our brand signage on the building,” Ingram said.
Ingram told FOX13 the building will house the 1,200 Servicemaster employees, with room for expansion in the future.
“We’ve made it as efficient as we could make it from an office and workspace perspective,” Ingram said.
Servicemaster leaders said the entire building is scheduled to open early 2018, however, the Innovation center, which is phase one of the building, will open in June.
