Millington man pleads guilty to four murders


MILLINGTON, Tenn. - A Millington man charged with killing one man and three women will now spend the rest of his life in prison.

Michael Cullum, 47, pled guilty Wednesday to killing Brenda Dukes and her wife, Rhonda Bishop Dukes last June.

We were on the scene when the two women were found dead in their home on June 6th, 2016. The two women were neighbors of Cullum.

Police said after Cullum shot the women. He left the scene and then came back and stole pain medication.

Cullum also pled guilty Friday to killing a father and a daughter a month later in Drummonds, according to Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich.

Robert Bailey,66, and Tammie Bailey, 41, were found shot to death on July 28, 2016 in their home. Another man pled guilty to lesser charges in August, according to Weirich.

Cullum entered Alford pleas in Shelby County.

The man has a lengthy arrest history, including nearly a dozen arrests in Shelby County. Charges against him have included burglary, theft, robbery, arson, forgery and aggravated assault.
