MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Memphis woman told police she was asleep when she was awaken by her barking dog and and a man standing outside her window.
Memphis Police said the incident took place September 5th between 1:00 a.m. and 1:50 a.m. in the 700 block of Stage Ave.
The victim told police she yelled at the defendant, Matthew Johns, and he ran away from her home.
Officers found Johns walking down the street breathing heavily and sweating profusely.
Johns was identified in a photo lineup as the person responsible.
He was charged with observation without consent and will be in court Friday.
