HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. - A judge told FOX13 progress was made in a plea agreement in the case of Dylan Adams.

Adams is one of the men charged with kidnapping, raping and killing Holly Bobo.

The judge extended the deadline for the prosecution and defense to come up with that plea agreement until Monday morning.
If an agreement is not made, Adams will go on trial.

His brother, Zach Adams, was convicted back in September. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole for 50 plus years.
