MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Shelby County deputy finds himself in hot water and off the job.
Clifford Johnson is charged with DUI, reckless driving and drug possession.

Sunday, deputies were called to a car accident on Elvis Presley.
According to an affidavit, Johnson had to be helped out of the car because he couldn't stand on his own.
Deputies said Johnson failed a field sobriety test. Deputies also found Xanax and a gun inside the car.
Johnson has been relieved of duty pending the investigation.
