Wednesday, the mother of Lorenzen Wright celebrated.

"I'm so glad I can fly these balloons with joy now," said Deborah Marion. Her joy came from the arrest of Billy Turner whose younger sister was feeling the opposite set of emotions.

"I was heartbroken because my brother was a God loving man and loves people and wouldn't do anything like that," said Debra Poole.

Poole is Billy’s sister, the youngest of seven children. Billy was the 5th child.

Right now, Debra and her siblings are wondering like so many, how did police connect her brother to Lorezen Wright’s murder?

“I'm lost myself. I don't even know who they are,” said Poole.

On Facebook, Bill Turner is friends with Sherra Wright, Lorenzen’s ex-wife, and the two once attended church together.

Police obviously believe they have enough evidence to connect Turner to the murder.

They’re hoping to get justice for the hometown hoop star and his family.

But Turner’s family has a message for the family on the other side of the story.

“To the Wright family, I pray they find the right person because my brother is innocent,” said Poole.

Relatives said they would be at Turner’s court appearance Thursday morning.

As we’ve reported, sources said there will likely be more arrests which is consistent with the different shell casings found at the crime scene more than 7 years ago.
