Updated:

Cold conditions now – and getting colder into tomorrow morning.

The windchill will be a factor early tomorrow and conditions aren’t expected to feel like they’re above 32 degrees until 10 am.

A cold front moves through tomorrow delivering even MORE dry and cold air. This will lead to temps being well below freezing (without the windchill factored in) Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night.

Please take “freeze” precautions: Make sure faucets are covered and that animals are warm and protected.

TONIGHT:

Slowly clearing and cold – Low 33/Windchill 27

TOMORROW:

Partly cloudy and cold – High 44/Windchill 39

EXTENDED FORECAST:

Temperatures will remain unseasonably cold in the 40s through the weekend.

Rain chances will stay low.

Clouds will start to break on Thursday, allowing for more sunshine but a weak, dry cold front will sweep through bringing in a reassuring shot of cold air from the north. 10° colder than today with highs only near 44°.

We’ll see mostly sunny and cool conditions again Friday with highs near 45°.

All eyes have been on a disturbance set to develop late Friday into Saturday morning bringing in a little moisture.

The system keeps the chance of any snowfall north of the Mid-South the latest data.

Temperatures will remain cold though – temps drop near 30° by Saturday morning.

Slightly warmer and mostly sunny for the weekend. Highs near 48° Saturday, up to 50° Sunday.
