MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Registration is now open for a performing arts camp for children who have experienced the loss of a parent(s).
Mending Hearts Camp runs July 10-21 for grades 6-8 and July 24-29 for grades 3-5. Register here. Or call 901-529-4247.
The camp is organized so that a collaboration of teaching artists and counselors help foster and encourage the campers with the goal of helping them build self confidence and explore creativity, according to the press release.
Registration costs $50 per family; scholarships are available - no child will be turned away due to financial hardships.
