Inspiration4 auction for St. Jude includes items that orbited Earth

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — You can own an item that went to space and help the kids at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Inspiration4 blasted off last September. It was the first all-civilian mission to orbit the earth.

Its crew included St. Jude physician assistant Hayley Arceneaux, who is also a former St. Jude patient, and now you can own a piece of the historic mission.

The mission raised millions of dollars for St. Jude and its payload included special cargo for a post-splashdown auction.

Auction items include a space-flown jacket with St. Jude patient art, unique pilot’s watches, and license plates with patient art inspired by the launch.

The auction is open through November 10th.

Inspiration4 has already secured commitments totaling more than $239 million for St. Jude.
