The investigation revealed the two suspects were driving a stolen vehicle from West Memphis, Ark. when an officer attempted to pull them over.
The two suspects have been identified as Toutka Southavilay, 26, and Jimmy Do, 24.
Police said they spotted the suspects inside a stolen 2008 Lexus in the parking lot of Dixie Queen on Summer Avenue. Officers said when they initiated their blues the vehicle then sped out of the parking lot. Moments later, police said the suspects crashed into a GMC Terrain, killing a 40-year-old woman and injuring her 38-year-old passenger.
Southavilay, the driver of the stolen vehicle, has been charged with aggravated assault, theft of property, vehicular homicide and evading arrest. The passenger, Do, was taken into custody for traffic warrants unrelated to the incident.

The crash occurred in the area on Hollywood and Sam Cooper shortly after 8:38 p.m.
A man and a woman then fled from the suspects' car, however, they were taken into custody shortly after.
According to police, the driver of the struck vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene, and the passenger was transported to Regional One in critical condition.
