Attorney in Holly Bobo case suspended from practicing law

An attorney involved in the Holly Bobo investigation has been suspended from practicing law.

According to Supreme Court documents, John Herbison accepted a non-refundable fee of $7,500 for services to a former client. The documents state Herbison did not perform the agreed upon services.
