MEMPHIS.Tenn. — The Memphis Police are searching for the suspect who they said assaulted a USPS Postal Service Letter Carrier.

Around 10 a.m., on Wednesday, November 18, authorities said the suspect approached the letter carrier with a knife in the 400 block of Boston St.

The suspect is described as a 30-year-old black male with short twists and a thin beard.

He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, a black baseball cap and a white facial mask, according to reports.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect.
