2 dead, 1 other injured in Memphis triple shooting, MFD says

WATCH: 2 dead, 1 other injured in Memphis triple shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis police are investigating a deadly triple shooting, according to the Memphis Fire Department.

The Memphis Fire Department was called to the 2800 block of Nathan Street early Monday morning. This is in the Binghampton neighborhood.

Two people were found dead on the scene, MFD said. One on a front porch. the other in the front yard.

Memphis Police said they received information of the triple shooting after a man who was also shot walked into the Tillman Police Station needing help.

Police said the third victim was how they were notified about the shooting.

Memphis Police said the shooter knew the victims and the gunman ran from the scene.

The only description of the suspect police released is that he wore red shorts.

The family declined an on-camera interview, only telling FOX13 that they want justice and the person responsible just needs to turn themselves in.
