2 men shot overnight within blocks of each other, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating two shootings that happened within blocks of each other.

Officers were called first to the 600 block of Bellevue for a shooting just before 9 p.m. Sunday.

A man was found shot and taken to Regional One in non-critical condition, police said.

A man was arrested on the scene, according to police.

Officers were then called to the 100 block of Bellevue for a shooting just before 11 p.m. Sunday.

One man was found shot and taken to Regional One in critical condition, police said.

There is no suspect information at this time.
