Black smoke billows downtown after multiple yachts catch fire, MFD says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Fire Department is on the scene of a fire on the banks of the Mississippi River.

Officials said about three or four yachts at the Wolfe River Harbor near Mud Island caught fire.

Tennessee Department of Transportation cameras showed flames at the harbor.

Black smoke clouds could be seen all over downtown.
