City leaders tweeted overnight they were having technical issues with the site.

The City said an IT team was working on the site, and it had not been hacked and no personal information was compromised.

Users can use the site to make an appointment at any vaccine site around Memphis, including the mass vaccine site at the Pipkin Building.

Vaccinations will continue as planned.

The City said all sites are vaccinating people today with no appointment necessary.

Open sites for Thursday are Pipkin, Germantown, Faith Baptist, Gill and Whitehaven, the City said.
