Sunshine and lower humidity return to the Mid-South

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis picked up .13″ of rain with today’s showers. That brings the July total to .40″ which is 1.58″ below normal for the month.

The next opportunity for rain will be Sunday and Monday.

Until then, expect plenty of sunshine and highs in the middle to upper 90s.

Lower humidity will keep the “feels like” temps in the upper 90s and lower 100s.

FUN FACT: The hottest Memphis temperature on record occurred on this date. It was 108° on July 13, 1980.
