Memphis, Tenn. — One of the most star-studded nights in Memphis just got even brighter.
ESPN announced that its popular program First Take will be coming to the Bluff City for the Southern Heritage Classic presented by FedEx.
The Friday before the game, Stephen A. Smith, Max Kellerman and Molly Qerim Rose will sound off on what’s shaping up to be the premier HBCU football game of the season.
The trio will set up in Tiger Lane the day before Deion Sanders and Jackson State University take on Eddie George and Tennessee State University.
The show starts on September 10 at 7:30 a.m.
ESPN said admission to the show will be free and there will be giveaways for the first 1,000 fans.
The Southern Heritage Classic itself is slated to kickoff at 6 p.m. that Saturday, September 11.
