MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A former Memphis Grizzlies player was one of 31 people arrested during Sunday night’s protests.

Lester Hudson, 35, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting official detention, unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon.
Hudson is a Memphis native and has played for the Grizzlies, Celtics, Washington Wizards and Cavaliers.
Hudson played college ball at Southwest Tennessee Community College and the University of Tennessee Martin.
We reached out to the Grizzlies for comment and because he is not a current player, they declined.

The protests from Sunday night left some businesses finding windows and store-fronts vandalized.
The protests are due to the death of George Floyd, a man who was killed in Minneapolis by a police officer and to protest racial injustices in America.
