MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Hope Church senior associate pastor tested positive for the coronavirus.

A spokesperson for the church confirms that the pastor’s wife also tested positive for the virus.

The spokesperson also said 12 church leaders are also under self-quarantine.

Mayor Jim Strictland requested crowds no larger than 10 people gather together.

He also requested church leaders stream services online.
