Man accused of triple murder released on bond, records show

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — A man suspected of killing three people on New Year’s Day in Olive Branch, Miss., was released from jail.

Records show Ivan Rodriguez is out on a $500,000 bond.

Rodriguez is charged with three counts of first-degree murder.

According to Olive Branch Police, Rodriguez allegedly drove from his home in Cordova to Olive Branch before the shooting.

The victims were identified as Tommi Carrier, Tyler Liles, and John Sutherland.

Another man, Dylan Lee Howard, of Cordova, was arrested for accessory after the fact in connection with the shooting.

Rodriguez was released on May 21 after posting bond. His next scheduled court appearance is July 23.
