Man arrested for shooting into crowd at James Lounge, police say
One person was killed and two others were hurt when shots rang out at a local lounge.

Charges have officially been filed in the deadly shooting at a local lounge.

Officers swarmed the James Lounge in the 3100 block of Summer Avenue after the shots rang out on Wednesday morning.

Court records said when officers and paramedics arrived on the scene, Anthony Travis had already died. Another person was struck and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

People who were at the lounge during the shooting said the victims were trying to break up an argument when a gunman started shooting into the crowd.

The details surrounding the argument are unclear.

Cededrick Ivory, 19, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and employment of a firearm.

He is charged with First-Degree Murder and Criminal Attempt to Wit First-Degree Murder.
