Man wanted for stabbing outside grocery store, police say

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — West Memphis police are asking everyone to be on the lookout for a man wanted for an attempted murder at a grocery store.

According to police, Kendric D. Gillum Jr. stabbed someone outside of the Walker Street Grocery at S. L Henry and South Walker Ave. on Tuesday.

Gillum is now wanted for first-degree attempted murder and first-degree domestic battery.

West Memphis police warn that Gillum should be considered armed and dangerous and caution anyone from approaching him.
