Man wanted for vehicle shooting, killing 1 person, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department is currently investigating the suspect whereabouts for a shooting, that occurred earlier this month.

Two males were driven to Methodist North, by a designated driver, reports said.

While on Yale Road, the two males were shot while in the vehicle, police said.

The victims were taken to Regional One Hospital, due to both being in critical condition.

One of the victims eventually passed due to his injuries on Oct. 6, MPD said.

During the investigation, Marke’se Terrell Jones was developed as one of the suspects responsible for shooting into the vehicle.

MPD is now seeking the public’s help in identifying the whereabouts of Jones.
