According to MPD, officers were called to Electrolux after many cars were blocking the entrance while drag racing.

When they made it to the scene, officers said they turned on their lights and sirens to try to arrest the drivers.

Instead of stopping, MPD said drivers, who were identified as Khylin McDougal, Bryson Webb and a minor, did donuts around the patrol car.

Court records show police issued “loud verbal commands to stop.”

MPD also tried to arrest two other cars while on the scene.

All three drivers sped away from officers. They later found the suspects and their cars at Martin Luther King Jr. Park.

McDougal, Webb and a minor were arrested in this incident.
