MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police have identified the man killed in an early morning shooting Sunday in Frayser.
Officers were called to the 3300 block of William Tell Dr. just before 8:30 a.m. Sunday for a shooting.
One man was found dead on the scene and a woman was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition, police said.
The man has been identified as Derrius Davis, 30, police said.
The deceased party has been identified as Derrius Davis, 30.

No charges will be filed in this case.
Police had one known man being questioned about the incident.
