MPD releases new information in deadly North Memphis shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police released information about the suspects in a deadly shooting in North Memphis in February.

Four people were shot, and one person was killed.

ORIGINAL STORY: Four people shot, one dead in North Memphis neighborhood

Officers were called to the 800 Block of N. Montgomery regarding a shooting. A man was dead on the scene.

Three additional shooting victims were found in the 800 block of Olympic. They were taken to local hospitals in critical condition.

According to police, Suspect #1 was described as 5′4″ tall, 160lbs wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

Suspect #2 was described as 5′7″ tall, thin build, wearing a black hoodie with red writing outlined in white, and black pants.

One was armed with a handgun, the other with a rifle.

The car used in the crime was driven by a black heavy-set female who was wearing a white jacket with white writing and black pants.

Police released photos of a car that was captured on video coming into the area a few minutes before the shooting and leaving the area at a high rate of speed after the shooting.
