Carrissa McDonald an Ole Miss fan from Nashville stopped to watch practice. She says ‘Play on!’

“I think the players that have it should be benched, but the rest of them play on and play through it and they will be better in ten days," McDonald said. "I think that these kids that already have it haven’t had any real serious cases, so let them play on and get herd immunity.”

There are 28 current active cases of coronavirus on the Ole Miss campus. A total of 21 student cases, 7 staff, and zero faculty cases, according to the university.

McDonald told FOX13 she plans on going to the Ole Miss/Arkansas game this weekend in Fayetteville and she already has tickets.

“Huge SEC fan and excited to watch some good football this weekend and have a little normality in our lives,” she said.
