Ole Miss head coach tests positive for COVID-19, missing Monday’s game

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Ole Miss head football coach will not be seen on the sidelines during Monday’s game in Atlanta.

Coach Lane Kiffin took to Twitter early Saturday morning and made the announcement that he tested positive for COVID-19.

Kiffin said that he is experiencing mild symptoms and is grateful he got the vaccine.

No other coaches, staff or players are affected by Kiffen’s positive case.

Ole Miss football has a 100% vaccination rate with the program.
