ORIGINAL STORY:
Memphis police are searching for a blue Nissan Rogue after a deadly hit and run on Lamar Avenue Friday night.
It happened around 8 p.m. at Lamar Ave. and Barksdale St. in Midtown.
According to police, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The possible responsible vehicle is a blue Nissan Rogue with front end damage, officers said.
