SENATOBIA, Miss. — The Senatobia-Tate County Animal Shelter Director was arrested Friday for driving under influence.

Alecia Burns spent a total of 32 minutes in jail, according to documents obtained by FOX13.

Burns has been a subject of FOX13 reports in the past because a litter of what seemed to be healthy puppies were euthanized at the shelter, and again when the euthanasia drugs were pulled from the shelter.
