Sheriff releases name of teen accused of murdering woman
Joshua Easley is charged with murder in the death of a Mississippi woman.

DESOTO COUNTY, Miss. — The teenager who is accused of murdering a woman in Mississippi has been identified by officials.

According to Sheriff Bill Rasco, the homicide happened on the morning of Jan. 2 at a house trailer on Allen Road, near the Tate County line.

Joshua Easley, 15, is charged with murder, and he is being charged as an adult in this case.

Multiple sources told FOX13 the victim was strangled to death and then her car was stolen.

There have not been any details released about the victim.

No bond has been set for Easley.
