Severe storms, damaging winds, possible tornadoes headed for the Mid-South

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — FOX13 Meteorologists have been tracking severe weather to be able to give you the most up-to-date information.

The Mid-South is under a 4/5 risk zone level for storms Tuesday into Wednesday.

Monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the 50s.

On Tuesday, severe storms with heavy rain will begin moving in during the afternoon and evening.

Tornadoes and damaging winds could be a threat, along with large hail.

There could be two rounds of storms.

Please plan ahead and know what to do if a Tornado Warning is issued in your area.

Power outages could also occur. Have food prepared beforehand and keep your cell phone charged.
