Suspect wanted for skimming debit cards, police say

CORINTH, Miss. — Police in Corinth are looking for the person they believe is responsible for stealing and using debit card information.

According to officers, over the weekend and as of Tuesday, they had received approximately ten reports regarding compromised debit cards.

They said the victims’ information was likely obtained from a skimmer and they believe more victims will come forward.

Corinth Police told FOX13 several hundreds of dollars of withdrawals were taken from the unrelated victims’ accounts.

The victims still have their debit cards.

The withdrawals happened at a number of ATMs in the city of Corinth.

Detective Dell Green shared a photo of the suspect they believe is responsible for the withdrawals.

He said the suspect’s vehicle is a blue passenger car, with unknown make and model.

Other unauthorized withdrawals occurred in Baldwyn, Tupelo, and Olive Branch, MS.
