HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. — Holly Springs Police are investigating a shooting that left a teen boy seriously injured.

HSPD said around 12:46 p.m. shots were fired in the area of Chesterman Street near Coopwod Street.

Witnesses told police the back window of the car that was occupied by two Arabic men was shot out.

One 17-year-old male is suffering from three gunshot wounds and is in critical condition, according to reports.

Upon arrival, officers were told the victim was already transported to the hospital.

The suspects were driving a Black Nissan Coupe with a drive out tag, witnesses told police.
