Mother, daughters found safe after missing for over a week, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — UPDATE:

The mother and her two children were found safe, according to Memphis Police.

STORY:

A mother and her two young daughters were found 11 days after going missing from an East Memphis neighborhood, according to the Memphis Police Department.

When 37-year-old Erica Wooten and her two daughters hadn’t been heard from for 11 days, Memphis Police put out a “City Watch” asking for help finding the trio.

The mother and her children were found safe hours later, police said.
