Neighbors are reacting with anger after seeing video of a man spewing racist comments after an argument about a traffic incident.

The man, identified as Robert Neil Thompson, was captured on video yelling at an African American man after he claimed he was cut off in traffic.

The man can be heard using racial slurs in the incident that happened near Wolfchase Galleria Sunday.

The video has already been viewed millions of times and is getting attention nationwide.
