Chick-fil-A employees are known for being polite and eager to please. But a Chick-fil-A worker in Georgia is now being called a hero.
The Hall County teen was working the drive-thru Wednesday when a car pulled up with a 6-year-old choking inside. So, the teen jumped in to help.

“I’m still kind of shocked right now myself that all this has happened," Logan Simmons said.

Simmons' mother said that to her son, it was just all in a day's work.
"He'd been home for a couple of hours and he said nonchalantly, ‘I saved a kid’s life today,’ and I was like, ‘What?’" mother Teri Simmons said.
"I just jumped out the window and ran straight down to the car," Logan Simmons said. “I think it was the quickest option. It was right there and I saw the other car right there.”
Outside the restaurant, the teen jumped into the car in the drive-thru lane and where the boy’s mother was begging for help, with her son’s seat belt somehow tangled around his neck.
“You could see he was turning red and losing pigmentation in his face," Logan Simmons said.
Simmons pulled out a pocketknife, cut the boy free and prevented a possible tragedy.
“I’m amazed he didn’t panic. As his mother, I would have panicked. I’d be running around going, 'Oh my gosh! What do we do?'” Teri Simmons said.
An hour later, the boy’s mother called Logan Simmons and thanked him for saving her son’s life.
“I do feel like a hero," he said.
