Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, reportedly have bought a waterfront mansion in South Florida for $9.7 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The son of Donald Trump, and Guilfoyle, the former Fox News host, purchased the waterfront home in the gated Admiral’s Cove community in Jupiter, located about 30 minutes north of the former president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach.

The sale closed on March 31.

The home, which sits on 1.18 acres, is also located about two hours north of the home that will be built by Trump Jr.’s sister, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner, the Miami Herald reported. The president’s daughter and her husband bought a $30 million plot of land in Indian Creek Village, known as “Miami’s Billionaire Bunker,” the newspaper reported.

The Jupiter home has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and six half-bathrooms, according to Realtor.com. The home’s floor plan measures 11,270 square feet and was built in 1995, the Sun-Sentinel reported. According to Realtor.com, the home has just undergone a major update. The residence, which overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, has a pool, summer kitchen, fireplace, bar, home office, balcony and dock.

Trump Jr., 43, and Guilfoyle, 52, began looking at the community in January, the Miami Herald reported.

Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa, and their five children, also reportedly live at Admiral’s Cove, the Sun-Sentinel reported. The home is also a long tee shot away from the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter.

The property previously was owned by Sheri B. Nelson, the ex-wife of former New York Yankees pitcher Jeff Nelson, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The home last sold for $3.49 million in 1999, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

The seller was represented by Rob Thomson of Waterfront Properties & Club Communities, while the buyers worked with Joey Fago of APB, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The price equated to $861 per square foot, according to Realtor.com.

The home last traded for $3.49 million in 1999 and was listed on the market for 421 days, the website reported.

Thomson, who also lives in Admiral’s Cove, said the neighborhood has excellent security.

“Admiral’s Cove has pretty much any amenity you could want,” Thomson told the South Florida Business Journal. “It has 36 holes of golf, 504 private docks, a private guest house, a private marina, and a phenomenal club and spa.”

Trump Jr. is involved in other real estate deal, the Sun-Sentinel reported. He and his brother, Eric Trump, through a LLC connected to them, listed property near Mar-a-Lago after they bought it from their aunt, Mary Trump. The siblings bought the property for $18.5 million in 2018 and have recently listed the home on the market for $49 million, the newspaper reported.
