A Memphis woman was attacked at an East Memphis Kroger after a man said she was taking too long, according to Memphis police.

MPD told FOX13 Megan Wilson-Haislip was paying for her groceries with coupons at the Kroger on the corner of Poplar and Highland when the suspect became angry, police said.

MPD said the man got upset and started yelling at her her because she was holding up the line.

When she tried to leave,  the suspect grabbed the woman by the back of the head and slammed her into the grocery cart.

"It wasn't like it was much," Wilson-Haislip said. "He just didn't want to wait."

The suspect fled the scene in a blue Ford F150.

Police are trying to review surveillance cameras inside the store.

FOX13 has reached out to Kroger for comment; and have received no response.
