Comcast hiring virtual customer service representatives across Tennessee
The city of Seattle is seeking citizen comments about cable and Internet preferences as it prepares to renegotiate with Comcast for a franchise agreement through 2026.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Comcast today announced it plans to hire more than 80 customers care representatives across Tennessee.

The company is planning to hire in cities including Nashville, Cookeville, Memphis and Chattanooga, according to a press release.

The positions are virtual/work-from-home and support the customer experience by troubleshooting technical problems and assisting with general account inquiries, according to the press release.
